FIND & ASSERT MY OWN POSITION AUTHENTICALLY TODAY!

Event date: 19. September 2019

What helps me to be entrepreneurial, sustainable, politically correct, gender compliant, multicultural, digital, visionary, agile, ecological and fit … today? There are so many rules, prohibitions and then political correctness. We are bureaucratized through. Bureaucratization on this scale does not enable value creation. Political correctness is exaggerated beyond measure and provokes anticipatory obedience. Apparently, one is no longer allowed to say anything critical. Media images are becoming increasingly skewed. The strengths and weaknesses of democracy are once again being put to the test. Our rules are strangulating and destroying us. Because our lives are widely characterized by saturation and fearfulness, we don’t notice it. We have allowed that there is no more intelligent goal setting but a lot of problem solving.

We live in a time of upheaval and think too little into the future! How do we get back to a powerful forward movement? How do we manage to bring values & visions forward with our own thinking in our own microcosm? Where do our goals come from in uncertain times? How do we create processes to intelligently formulate goals and goal hierarchies? It cannot be that all goals are of equal importance. What are the overriding goals & values? What is one’s own authentic position and autonomy in this and how do I assert it? This requires own thinking, own models of the world. Mental models that are stronger than reality. They have just been lost.

We have to set ourselves up again. This can be a great pleasure and a total thrill. Thank God we have the middle class!
