To learn from mistakes, art is to ensure a lasting existence. Not learning easily becomes a trap. Recognising patterns, evaluating, reinforcing, correcting and creating new ones is the basis of learning. This requires personal presence, feedback, exchange, discussion and creativity. Learning can be both painful and rewarding. For organisations “right” learning is essential for survival.
