Kairos phobia is the fear of missing this unique opportunity in life The Kairos story is the story of the right time, the grace of the moment, the opportunity to seize it because it can happen now and only now. Sure, it is risky. We could overreach ourselves. But the kairos in my life also offers the chance to finally reap my own harvest. We can make the unknown familiar, the familiar. Just start walking, learn and adapt while walking, like on a pilgrimage. It is only a matter of first creating a space in which something can happen. If it does happen, it comes back, that youthful energy, a kind of start-up mentality, sometimes even euphoria. We can sit back and watch what happens. It is up to us. But when is the kairos in my life, the moment when everything is on the knife’s edge, when the chance is taken or missed? The kairos in my life has to do with my very deep inner perception. That is a quality of its own, not a grandiose addiction. It is to connect the meaning with your own life. Organic, not head-driven or ego-driven. Only when it fits, do we experience this fascinating interaction!
